Chairman Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (SUPARCO), Major General (Rtd) Ahmed Bilal has said that the successful launch of Communication Satellite-1R on Thursday mid-night, was a dream comes true and also proved that the Pakistani scientists and Engineers have the ability and knowledge in the cutting age technology including space sciences.
